Abstract:
A Hungarian private inventor looks for partners for technical co-operation, manufacturing agreement and commercial agreement in connection with his newly invented silt dive pumps mainly in the field of industrial machhinery, water treatment and agriculture.
Slty liquids stored in collecting tanks separate into three phases according to the laws of physics. The liquid phase is in the middle while substances having a larger specific gravity sink tothe bottom and those with smaller specific graviy values separate on the surface of the liquid. Without mixing silt pumps can only remove the liquid phase and a certain part of the silt, which leads to the accumulation of silt in the collecting tank and also to the freguent stoppage of the pumps. Gradually the silt fills the whole collecting tank and the system becomes unusable. On the other hand applying separate mixers would mean considerable additional expenses.. Besides these problems silt dive pumps used so far have other disadvantages. The electric motors of these pumps often burn out as their shaft seal is not disburdened and the overpressure prevailing in the pump forces silt and other abrasive particles to be found in the mud into the seal of the shaft leading to a gradual wear away of the sealing. Conseguently again according to the laws of physics, liquids infiltrate from the high pressure compartment into a lower pressure area from the pump into the electric motor which causes a short circuit and the burn out of the coils of the electric motor. The use of liquid combinator of the newli invented silt dive pump the occurrence of these failures can be reduced to a minimum. On the basis of the invention a versatile product range has been developed. The liquid combinator is available without a mixer as a silt pump with disburdened shaft seal. Other models of the product range can be operated with hydraulic power of different tractors. There is a reference pump, which has been in operation for several years, which has a complete experimental manufacturing documentation. A set of precise tables has been worked out for the manufacture of the whole product range.
Innovative Aspects:
Besides the conveyance of sewage, the liquid combinator can alsó be applied advantageously for the aeration of water. For other applications, such as conveying liquid manure at animal farms, the pump can be fitted with knives to cut wire, nails or wood slats which occasionally get into manure.
Main Advantages:
The pump can also be manufactured with mounted easy-duty knife adapters with durable edges. The apparatus can also be provided with an all-purpose guick-change connection point that makes them interchangeable with other silt pums.
